Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, processing may take additional time. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate notification with tracking information once it ships.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. All timeframes are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase:

Shipping Options

We ship to most countries worldwide. Orders to regions subject to trade restrictions or international embargoes may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Deliveries are handled by our trusted carrier network, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional carriers, selected based on your destination and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order is lost or undeliverable, we will offer a replacement or full refund after completing an investigation with the carrier. Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, are non-refundable, and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.
