Refund & Return Policy

At Mimmlo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid label.
  • Preference-based returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at mimmlo@mimmlo.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (required for defective or damaged claims)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Damage or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at mimmlo@mimmlo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Perishable goods or custom-made products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

EU Consumers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification, provided items are in their original condition. Standard return conditions apply.
